「１4歳と性交で逮捕は不当」発言を黙認する枝野幸男に選挙区の大宮で大勢で質問しよう！！
立憲民主党法務部会のワーキングチーム（ＷＴ）が刑法の性犯罪規定の見直しについて議論した際、本多平直ひらなお衆院議員（５６）＝比例北海道＝が「５０歳近くの自分が１４歳の子と性交したら、たとえ同意があっても捕まることになる。それはおかしい」と発言していたことが７日、分かった。本多氏が自らの発言だと認めた。立民は、福山哲郎幹事長が本多氏に厳重注意したと発表した。
ＷＴの寺田学座長によると、５月１０日のＷＴ会合で、外部講師が性交に同意できる年齢を現在の１３歳から１６歳に引き上げるべきだと主張した際、反論として出た。「成人と中学生が恋愛関係になるのはあり得る。罰するのは望ましくない」とも語ったという。
本多氏は自身の事務所を通じ「私の発言は不適切であり、おわびして撤回する。誠に申し訳ありませんでした」とのコメントを発表した。（共同）
このような報道がなされているが、立憲民主党の代表の枝野幸男や代表代行/国民運動・広報本部長は公に何も発言をしていない。
衆議院議員の任期は今年の11月30日であり、解散総選挙を間近に控えている。東京オリンピックを目前に破廉恥議員が所属する立憲民主党の代表の地元選挙事務所近くで有権者とともに街頭啓蒙活動を行い、売国枝野に公開質問状を送りましょう！！
